His leadership is rooted in fatherhood, mentorship, and the transformative power of human connection. He is the founder of Abbah: Fathering for Good, a nonprofit committed to ending fatherlessness through advocacy, education, and healing-centered engagement.

At RLJ, Jah designs and nurtures strategic partnerships that anchor every project in purpose, trust, and long-term value. He is passionate about creating conscious communities, equitable housing solutions, and opportunities that restore dignity, ownership, and abundance to historically underserved neighborhoods.

Driven by divine alignment, Jah believes that every space we build should heal, empower, and uplift.
