Latisha Douglas

Latisha Douglas is a seasoned real estate investor and developer with a 20-year track record of acquiring, managing, and repositioning investment properties across Connecticut, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, including multiple gut-rehab renovations. As Co-Founder and Chief Information Officer of RLJ Enterprise, Latisha works alongside co-founders on commercial property acquisitions and ground-up developments aimed at fostering conscious communities and advancing equitable housing solutions.
In addition to her real estate work, Latisha serves as Vice President and Co-Founder of CMWP Foundation Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to supporting Black and brown entrepreneurs. She also delivers financial-literacy training, leads workshops on core business skills, mentors graduates of local accelerator programs, and speaks regularly at area high schools.
Latisha has also spent 22 years in data analytics and data science, primarily at Prudential Financial, with roles in New York, Tokyo, aerospace, and retail consulting. She holds an MBA in Technology and a Master’s in Data Analytics from the University of Connecticut, a B.S. in Computer Science from Seton Hall University, and a certification in Clean Energy Development from the Yale School of Environment, Yale School of Management and completed a Data Science Fellowship from Correlation One. She also holds a certification in MongoDB Database Administration.
A 2022 100 Women of Color honoree, Latisha also sits on several nonprofit boards and remains deeply committed to expanding economic opportunity in her community.
